Percy practices in the area of Financial Services including Financing for financial institutions, financing in Commercial and Corporate mergers and acquisitions, and related Litigation at both the Trial and Appellate Levels. Percy’s practice also includes Entertainment Law.
Percy has given lectures for the Legal Education Society of Alberta, Business Law Refresher Course, The Alberta Bar Admission Course and the Edmonton Public School Continuing Education Program. Percy is also Legal Counsel to the Edmonton Folk Music Festival Society.
Percy is fluent in French.
